I am a perfect expression of God Presence, for Spirit lives, moves, and has Its being through me and as me. I am a Divine Idea, not a cosmic accident.
I choose to express the wholeness and completeness of the Heavenly Creator. There is a pattern of health within. I know the Divine Idea is a mold for Universal Substance to fill. That spiritual prototype in the Mind of God is a physical manifestation on this plane of existence through me.
Spirit intended me. I put aside any claim to the physical inheritance of my parents and family. I now claim and proclaim the birthright of the Eternal as I recognize my divinity as a child of God. I am perfect health, for I choose it now. I well, strong, and vital. I release my word to the Universal Law with the utmost gladness and give thanks it is already so.
