God is my All—my Source, Supply, Joy, and Love. It is my holy Self. With a grateful heart, I declare the divine birthright of perfect health, knowing I am made from a Perfect Pattern in the Mind of Spirit.
I breathe the Breath of the Creator fully, deeply, and reverently. The Universe of the Creator is one of order, so I claim order, balance and bubbling joy in mind, body, and spirit. I know this in my heart, and it is reflected in my physicality. As I know, I declare and do. I consciously choose to be well. I consciously release patterns of behavior and systems of belief that do not support my highest good. I replace those with thoughts of love, peace, tranquility, and kindness. My thoughts reflect wellness; therefore, I am well.
I willfully, joyfully, and lovingly release my word into the Mind of God, knowing with gratitude it is done in the Eternal Now.
