There is only one Life, the Life of God, and I am this perfect action right now. In every way my life is the insistent action of perfect health, perfect vitality and total energy. I am one with all the perfect activity of livingness in all its forms and variations. Life is steadfast and indestructible. In my consciousness it is creating new ideas of healthy activities. I am alive with this perfect action.
Health of body, of personal relationships, and finances are. Any old patterns of thought in my subconscious mind which could cause sickness, inharmony or lack are now obliterated. They have no power to disturb the spiritual health of my soul. I am the embodiment of health. It governs my body in all its functions. It meets my every physical need and sustains me in well-being in consciousness.
My thinking is healthy. My entire consciousness is based on right ideas and motivations. I am not under the material law of stress and strain. I am able to do whatever I need to do. My strength of mind and body is spiritually sustained. It is wonderful to know that God is my health and my life.
