In the Omnipresence of God, the living Spirit almighty, I live the Life Divine. The living Spirit maintains me in good health, with all the vitality and energy I need in each hour of this day. It upholds me in all my right activities so that I can do what I want to do at the time that I want to do it.

I individualize the principle of divine health. I cannot know or experience illness. My consciousness has no welcome for such negatives. Only God’s perfect ideas find a welcome in my consciousness. Other people’s opinions and beliefs have no authority over my mental and emotional processes. My faith is in life, health and truth. I expect these to demonstrate in my body and mind, now and always.

I use spiritual wisdom to maintain myself in good health. I do what needs to be done to keep my thinking affirmative and loving. I have healthy attitudes about my family, my co-workers and my wonderful friends. I give thanks for this life which is mine. It is truly great.
