I Have Perfect Spiritual Health

My consciousness is a function of the Divine Consciousness, for there is only one consciousness. It is complete. It is the source of my health and is available as my healing. I am the spiritual heir to all the health there is. I know this as a certainty and demonstrate it in my physical body today. This is done by my right knowing of life, health and bodily freedom. It is independent of world belief in illness and death.

I mentally and emotionally discipline my consciousness to That Which Is because it is the Truth. Health is Truth; illness is the lie. I am equal to all stress and strain of everyday living. All negative patterns are now erased and have become as nothing. I am free in my healthy, vital thinking of life as goodness, creative­ness and love. This discipline of right thinking and expectancy I maintain with ease.

I enjoy living the good life with all its benefits. Each day I am wiser in living, more loving to those I love. I cast out all negative thinking about people and situations as it appears in my consciousness. I am a healthy mind in a healthy body enjoying a healthy prosperity and healthy relationships.
