My health is the creativity of the Infinite Mind and Heart of God. I did not create it nor can I destroy it. It is eternal as the Mind which created and maintains me. My thinking upholds this great gift of life. Spiritual intuition guides me in all habits affecting my health. I follow this inner guide to right living. I am physically, mentally and emotionally well.
All negative patterns which could affect my health are now uprooted and destroyed out of my subconscious mind. Only ideas born of right thinking and correct loving sustain my health. I welcome God’s ideas of health and joy and give them deliberate attention and appreciation. I forgive and release all old hurts. Today is my day to be healthy, happy and creative. I feel good about myself and all whom I know.
The Truth I affirm sets me free from all not of the Truth. Therefore, that which is not of healthy thinking and feeling no longer functions in my consciousness. I like my health, the flexible living it gives me. This health is not conditioned by age or any human mind limitations. It is God in perfect action in me as me.
