God is the only Life there is and I am the livingness of that Life. This Life in action as me is perfect in both cause and effect. It responds to my right thinking about it with vitality and energy. This Life is total Intelligence, knowing exactly what to do in my consciousness for me to have and maintain health. I affirm right now that I am health and that Divine Knowing maintains my health.
I mentally and emotionally reject all opposition to my wonderful well-being. Any and all possible patterns of disease in my subconscious mind are now erased forever. My health, being of the Spirit, is permanent and great. I have no fear of other people’s talk of their physical ailments. I know such talk is not the Truth and has no effect upon me. I find the voice of God in every conversation I hear.
I talk health. I look like health. I am Health, and this is the Truth of my consciousness and body. For me there is no half health or partial health. I embody and express the whole health of God. I use intelligence which I already have to do those things which maintain my well-being. I am not a faddist. I am a well-balanced, poised individual and I live with wisdom and graciousness.
