Right where I am God is. Around and within me now and always is the all pervading Spirit. Moving in a through me this moment, as health of mind, emotion and body, is the light, the peace and the life of the one Presence. I seize, right now, the opportunity to contemplate this living reality of my being. As I do this, light infuses my whole consciousness. Even deep, hidden levels are illuminated. All subconscious thoughts and conditioned patterns are revealed; error and false reactions are dissolved. My mind is conditioned by light. My thoughts are guided and inspired by this inner brilliance. I see and perceive with crystal clear vision.

Peace flows in my emotions, calming, quieting, harmonizing. Any sense of discord, bondage or fear fades away. My inner response to problems is a serene acceptance of right solutions ready to unfold. Enthusiasm mounts on the expectation of manifest good. My emotions are conditioned by peace. Life radiates in my body, renewing, restoring, revitalizing each cell, organ and function. Energy, abundant and to spare, is released into all my physical activities through this process. My body is conditioned by Life.
