I Rejoice in My Well-Being

I praise the Health of God which is my health today. I acknowledge It in all Its ways as my strength, vitality, resilience and buoyancy. My body is so alive with Divine Life that I am free in it to do great things. My body cannot limit me, nor will my activities fatigue me. Sufficient unto this day is my indwelling God and Its perfect Health.

Hour by hour, I rejoice in my well-being. I accomplish my every goal with ease, joy and order. Nothing is too great to be done. No impasse can confound me. I know my inner strength is certain, for God is that strength. I effortlessly do all things which need to be done. I work in joy and have all that I need to complete my many jobs. I am sustained by a mighty indwelling Presence.

Glad is my heart, and strong is my body, for I am the vehicle of the Spirit. Sustained by the Infinite, I express fully the potentialities of my true self in fullness this God-given day.
