Life flows freely throughout the universe, and so it must also flow freely through my body. The Creative Intelligence that is God operates in total confidence with no sense of conflict, no fear of failure, no need for withholding. God is the only Creative Activity taking place in, as and through all things.
As the Universal Creative Intelligence moves through me, renewing my body, it is forever true to Its nature. It is without conflict, fear or any tendency to withhold or constrict Itself. Therefore, there is never any reason for my body to experience any form of congestion, inflammation or irritation. Any such appearance is false, a powerless shadow. It is the manifestation of ignorance and, therefore, is without reality or purpose. It does not come from God; it serves no purpose, and it does not belong to me.
As I realize this clearly, affirm it strongly and view it uncompromisingly, I direct my life away from any such appearance and leave it with no life at all. Thus, it falls away from me naturally, easily and immediately In great joy and gratitude, I let this be so. And, so it is.
