The voices in my consciousness cannot speak in terms of

germs, disease, weakness, and are silenced forever by my awareness of God in this whole, complete and flawless temple. Loud and clear ring the words: health, vitality and youthful vigor.

In the perpetual rebuilding of the temple, the Inner One knows the exact materials needed, both in quality and quantity. There is no excess and no insufficiency of any needful thing. My appetites are governed accordingly. The Builder uses the supply efficiently and effectively. Balance, proportion and well-being are thus established and maintained.

My body reflects the glory of God in every movement, response, phase, activity and appearance. My entire physical being is radiant with the light of Divine perfection.
