My Body is Whole

There is one Life, one Universal Spirit of Goodness that is everywhere. As that Life is all in all, I am united in Its consciousness, ever alert to ideas of health.

I remove any thoughts unlike the light of health and focus on those things of good report: peace in my inner being, love in my heart for myself and others and harmony in all my affairs. My awareness of Divine Wholeness is so prevalent that there is only the Light of God expressing through me. Thus, my physical body performs with perfect functioning of every atom.

I celebrate my ability to stay focused on the Truth. This cleanses, revitalizes and creates my body after the pattern of God. I feel a deep sense of gratitude and appreciation because I know it is fulfilled by the Law of Mind, and so it is.
