Any growth taking place in my body is timely, easy and healthy restructuring. Old cells are naturally replaced by healthy new cells, following a pattern of integrity and perfection. Nothing grows in me that is not entirely life-supporting and health-expanding. Any other appearance of growth is false, having no life of its own and taking no power from me. Nothing I have in Mind supports it. At the heart of my consciousness, I am certain that all true growth is produced as the Law of Life builds and maintains my body in health.

In this awareness, I affirm the integrity of my body as it grows, and I let any false appearances fall away into the nothingness from whence they came. I do this with love of life and in absolute confidence and gratitude for my perfect conviction. I let it be so, and so it is.
