My
Health is Divinely Maintained
There
is one Cause and one Continuity. This is God, the action of life and
health. As a spiritual being I individualize both the cause and the
wonderful process of healthy life. I am that life made manifest; I know
and rejoice in this. I appreciate my health and respect it. It is a free
gift to me by the Divine Mind and Its perfect knowing of me as Its own.
My health gives me freedom to do all I wish in ways I wish to do it. I
make sure the ways are healthy ways based on spiritual wisdom.
I
have no interest in negatives that cause illness. These have no place in
my thinking-feeling nature. My consciousness is centered on Perfect
Life, Perfect Truth. Any negative causes of illness in my subconscious
mind are now destroyed and have no existence or causative power. I am
health. I know myself as health. I feel and act healthy. All my thinking
bears witness to these truths.
My
health is spiritual in origin as is my daily use of it. It cannot be
depleted or negatively affected. It is clean, fresh and delightful.
Nothing can be added to it, nothing can be taken from it. As the action
of God, it is perfect and eternal.
