There is only one Life in this entire universe. That Life is perfect within Itself and serves Its own purpose perfectly. Its purpose is growth and extension of Itself into an infinite variety of living things.
I am an individual extension of this One Perfect Life. I have within myself all of Its perfection serving my own purpose perfectly My purpose is healthy growth and joyous experience in the living of my life. This includes ease in all bodily functions, freedom of movement and continued healthy renewal of my body
This is what I know about life and what I accept about my life. I deny, reject and joyfully disabuse myself of any belief in disease as any part of my life. There is no disease in the Life of God, and there is no place for disease in my life, either.
My consciousness is wholly established in this right understanding about my health. It guides my life and builds my body accordingly I live in perfect joy and gratitude. I let this be so, and so it is.
