Weight

I am illumined consciousness. I am self-aware.

I know who I am in relation to the oneness of the universal law of mind and creativity. I create exactly what I want according to the level of my consciousness which is the direct end product of my thought patterns.

Therefore:

I release my thought patterns of yesterday knowing that I am living them out today -- and if my tomorrows are to be different, those patterns must change today.

I rely totally on the perfect, intelligent law of life to guide and direct me. I rely totally on this perfect, divine intelligence to dissolve any frustration, anxiety, fear, or hostility that I have allowed to become a guest in my domain, in my inner-self.

I have control over my experience. I bring my thoughts, ideas and emotions into balance. My divine being endows me with intelligent food thoughts that result in good balanced nutrition.

I am no longer the servant of compulsive desires. I relax.

Peace and love indwell and surround me. I am perfect body because I am perfect God individualized. Perfect God, knowing Itself as me!
