I Know Compassion and Love

There is only One Life, One Love, One God. It is fully present in every heart, mind, and body. Regardless of any appearance, attitude, or past action on my part, I recognize that I am a child of God and contain inherently within me all the gifts of Spirit.

I know the Compassion and Love of God exists within me and within all beings. By means of my word, I completely and fully commit to choosing compassion and love in every moment for myself and for all others. I joyously release any thought or feeling I may have that is based in blame, anger, or resentment. I open myself to the healing power of Spirit that It may flow through me and my life, revealing the God-given wholeness of my being.

For the healing and uplifting this brings to me and others, I am truly grateful. And so it is.
