God is Love and surrounds me. I feel the energy of this Divine Presence and surrender to it. Love fills every aspect of my Being, and my entire body becomes an outpicturing of this Love. I look in the mirror and see radiant beauty. As I speak, I sense a peace and calm in my voice, soft and tender to the listener. The touch of my hand is light and warm, an extension of my expression of comfort and care.

There is no doubt in my mind that I am expressing God through my body and my unique personality. All thoughts and ideas of judgment or discrimination disappear and have no power. I am able to see everyone in my experience as beautiful, perfect and whole. I connect with the Divine essence in all people and realize we are all one in Mind. My experiences reveal the true essence of Love in all whom I meet. I recognize this energy and allow myself to be receptive to it. As I accept this Love, I know it is a demonstration of God in action.

There is a wonderful sense of thankfulness which flows through my mind. I acknowledge it and have a feeling of peace. I know this is the Truth of Who I Am, and I let it be so.
