There is a Self-conscious Power which fills all time and space and governs everything that Its thought creates. This power is Mind. This power is God. I am some part of the Mind of God; therefore, I am governed by the Power which created me. This governing impulse, within my own mind, keeps me moving in the right direction, at the right speed, with the right attitude. I am Mind, God, Spirit, Life. . . the Thing Itself, on a pathway of continually unfolding good.
I express the Divine Agenda by governing that which I create. I govern the condition of my body with thoughts of health, my financial affairs with thoughts of prosperity, my career with wisdom and my relationships with love. I do not govern people; I govern my reaction to people. I allow no one to trespass upon the sanctity of my consciousness. The only ideas that I let into my mind are constructive and life-giving.
I accept the responsibility of being a part of the One Power in the Universe, of not being affected by appearances, of accepting my own mind as the only thing I need to take me where I want to go and of knowing that the governing impulse of Divine Mind in me is always moving toward greater good.
