I Express the Spiritual Idea of Oneness

Within me, through me and acting upon me are the joy and beauty of the One Indescribable Spirit. It is the Essence, Peace and Power that are the very nature of my being. I live, move and have my being within the nature of God.

My world is God’s world, and my days and nights are filled with love, peace and joy. Any negative patterns in my mind or in my life are dissolved forever. I express the Divine. I feel the oneness of the Spirit within me, and my heart and mind merge with Light and Love.

My mind is illumined and my heart is filled with joy. Truly my cup runneth over as I realize my oneness with Spirit and allow this idea to be my identity. I Am That I Am, and so it is.
