There is an all-pervading harmony in the universe — the Peace of God beyond human understanding. It is the power that maintains the universe in dynamic balance. As this principle of harmony, this power of peace is everywhere present, including at the very core of my being. This center of divine peace is never disturbed, no matter what turmoil I may experience. The depths of the ocean remain calm in spite of

the wind-whipped waves on the surface.

I let my attention rest in the growing awareness that the Peace of God in me is real! As in the universe, it is power to establish and maintain the harmony of dynamic balance in every phase and facet of my life. I envision this quiet power radiating into every area of my consciousness, calming thoughts, harmonizing emotions. It flows effortlessly into every part of my body, realigning structure, nerves and muscles. It permeates all functions — heartbeat, digestion, assimilation, elimination — re-establishing normal healthy action. I picture the power of peace radiating into all my affairs — desires, choices, decisions, relationships — blending them all into one forward, upward action toward experiences of every increasing richness, beauty, love and fulfillment.

I am one with the harmony of the universe. I am joyously active with the Peace of God.
