In this precious moment of my existence, I take time to remember that all that I have ever known or experienced has been nothing but the Being of God. Every drop of water and bite of food that I have ever partaken of has been the essence of God, nurturing and supporting me. Every success that I have ever known has been the unlimited Creative Power of God expressing through me. All the manifold activities of my body as it renews and sustains itself each day have been the Intelligence of God at work.
In this realization of my complete union with God, I enter into a great consciousness of gratitude. I understand that God has manifested Itself as all the conditions of mind, body, and circumstance that allow me to live and express in this world. In this awareness, I set aside any thoughts of unhappiness and accept a new appreciation of the divine opportunity that this day offers to me.
I am not disappointed with myself or my life; I am alive to the Divine Activity that I am. I fulfill myself in everything I do today. I am God’s satisfaction expressing Itself.
