Life exists everywhere, in every thing and in every one, waiting to be recognized and expressed. This treatment is the conscious recognition of Life as the only Reality as well as a decision to express Life in a significant way.
As I recognize Life as the only Reality, I know that I cannot get around it, postpone it or retire from it. I am involved with Life because I AM Life, and these words move me into a greater participation in all that Life is. I allow my mind to be influenced by the creativity of Life and a secure confidence in my ability to create. I allow my mind to be influenced by the perfection of Life and am guaranteed peace of mind.
I am not looking for ways to get less involved, but for ways to be more involved, and I find them. I find new and exciting ways to express that which lies deep in my heart, and this expression of Life makes me an asset to myself and to my world. I am physically vital, mentally alert, able to accomplish what I set out to do and ready to express Life in a way which is significant to me.
