I am in harmony with the Universe. Harmony is the flowing of my consciousness with the consciousness of Spirit. When I feel myself in tune with the infinite order of the Universe, I am expressing the Life of Spirit. I allow Spirit to vibrate at a level of perfection within me. Harmony is my vibration in perfect unison with the vibration of Spirit.

I recognize and know that there is a fundamental harmony in the Universe. It is created by the diverse aspects of the One

Spirit vibrating at different levels, but always in perfect unison. I live according to the law of Harmony. I feel the flow of Spirit, and I am in tune with it.

Just as I recognize the fundamental harmony in music, I recognize the fundamental harmony of the Universe. I experience mental, emotional and physical harmony in my life. There is a blending together. The mental harmony brings emotional harmony, and emotional harmony brings physical harmony in terms of perfect health.
