I Am the Light

Light is the essence of my being. As the ultimate Substance, It is my body. As Universal Energy, It effortlessly powers the action and expression of what I am. As Intelligence and Love, It is the essence of harmony. As Wisdom, It illuminates my consciousness. I am one with the Light of God.

I let Light flow into my thought and feeling. My body is full of Light. Any doubt about my capacity to express the fullness of life vanishes instantly. I am Energy and Power. Any and all subconscious patterns not in tune with Light are obliterated permanently. I am Wisdom, guiding the unfolding action of my creative ideas.

The pulsing power of Light at my divine center radiates into the world around me. It touches others in ways I know not of, and the inner Light in them responds healing, harmonizing and freeing. I rejoice in the good increasingly revealed in my world, and the Light of God which I am shines forth.
