I Believe in Unity

There is only One Life, One Love, One God that is fully present in my heart, mind, and body. This God is the sole Source of all beings and the entirety of creation.

Regardless of the appearance, attitudes, or past actions on my part, I am a child of God and contain inherently within myself all the gifts of Spirit. Knowing this to be the Truth, I focus on the purpose of my word. I completely and permanently forgive all beings for any apparent action in thought, speech, or deed that has harmed or hurt me in any way.

I joyously release any thought or feeling that may be based in blame, anger, or resentment. I open myself to the healing power of Spirit that It may how through me and my life, revealing the God-given wholeness of my being. For the healing and uplifting this brings to me and others, I am truly grateful. And so it is.
