Within every individual consciousness the Divine Cause has placed Itself with all Its accomplishing power. In my consciousness is this clear knowing that I can do anything that is good for me and mine and will not hurt another soul. The words I AM and I CAN are the most important words in the Science of Mind. I accept them, and I act as though they are so because they truly are so. God through my right direction of thought accomplishes what I want without strain. Spiritual demonstration is always simple and easy.

I cease rejecting my good. All false beliefs in my inner mind regarding reasons why I can’t and shouldn’t are now eliminated and gone forevermore. I am set free to accomplish what I want to do. All Mind and all Love sustain me and encourage me in my new resolve to create a new world for myself. My thinking and feeling nature is independent of all opinions and suggestions. I am, I can and I will do what I have selected to do.

I do not carry the burdens of the world on my shoulders. I cease trying to solve everyone’s problems and pains. I give all my spiritual attention to my needs of this day and the future. I am able to accomplish great things.
