I am one with the aliveness and vitality of the Universe, and I thrill to the flow of Divine Life through every fiber of my being. My thoughts are dynamic as they come to me from the Source of all Intelligence; my emotions are peaceful and joyous as they spring from the very heart of God, and my bodily functions are healthy and harmonious as they are a perfect expression of the One Life which knows exactly what to do at all times.
Spirit thinks through me. Exciting, new divine ideas find expression in my world. Spirit speaks through me, and my words are clear, bright and loving. Spirit moves through me, and everything I choose to do this day is successfully accomplished with ease.
In perfect harmony with Universal Power for Good, I feel great! I maintain an openness to happy experiences and a readiness to greet all people and situations with joy. This is a great day; I am living a great life, and I, myself, am a great and glorious manifestation of the one omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent Life which is God. The Power which is God strengthens and vitalizes me; the Wisdom which is God guides me, and the Life which is God renews and awakens me to wonderful possibilities that exist for my discovery.
