Joy Created Me

I know there is only one thing happening in this wide universe— in the diversity of form and situation, in the beauty of all living beings, in the expression of nature—and that is Spirit finding joyous expression in Itself.

This joy is what created me, and Spirit has never ceased to manifest Itself in joy through me. Spirit is the unconditionally loving source of Power and Creation. It operates through me at all times. I see every part of my living has been part of my path of transformation.

I bless my past, including the incredibly painful parts. I allow my past to instruct me without entanglement. There is no hold on me, nothing but freedom to move forward. I live in harmony with the world and feel harmony as a tangible reality in my relationships with other people. I live with joy and equanimity. Most of all, I remember who I am—Spirit expressing Itself in every moment. Profoundly aware of the freedom I have, I give joyous thanks.
