The physical universe is the Body of God. As the effect of Universal Mind, it changes constantly. As First Cause, God creates the universe out of Itself. It is endless and changeless. My body and my world are effects that change constantly. Because my mind is one with the Mind of God, I am cause to all my experience.

My essence is changeless. At the level of Mind, I am spiritual perfection, endlessly creating my physical world by using the Law of Mind. I do not need to find anything or become anything before I can improve my life. I have everything I need right now.

My mind will never become any more powerful than it already is; it is infinitely powerful right now. I need only accept this power and use it to improve my life by choosing better ideas. I now choose to make my life better and better.
