There is a vast and eternal river that flows through all people. This is the river of Spirit, and it flows through me now. I am able to express the flow of Spirit in my own life because I have the capacity to receive it and offer it to the world.
I accept an enhanced and enriched capacity to offer love in four different ways. I set a clear intention to deeply develop the ability to offer love, compassion, joy and equanimity. These four capacities flow strongly and richly in me. I am now able to offer joy and happiness in my relationships more and more fully. I am able to deeply listen to others as the river of compassion flows through me to the world.
I celebrate a deep clarity of mind that allows me to live in balance, poise and beauty. I am healed, transformed and lifted up by this commitment in consciousness to love more fully. I give great thanks, knowing love, compassion, joy and equanimity are God in expression by means of me.
