Full Self-Expression

The mind and the heart of God are never frustrated and I am the mind and the heart of God in perfect, total, complete action.

I now decree into my subconscious mind that any and all patterns of frustration are now erased and function no more. I am not inhibited, I am not frustrated, I am not afraid.

I am the action of God, with total, full self-expression in my home, in my family, in my work, in my recreation. I fully express myself. I give of myself to life. I praise the life of God, which is my expression. 

So be it.
