The words of my mouth and the meditations of my heart are this day acceptable to the Mind and Heart of Being.

I speak that which is worthy of my high calling as a spiritual being. I proclaim the good, knowing that my consciousness responds to my word and creates expanding good for me. I like what my words produce for me.

My consciousness has no attracting power for anything other than the good. I am uninterested in gossip and offer none. I discuss that which is creative and helpful. I present no negatives to others. I center my entire attention on ideas that lift and heal. It is amazing what these ideas in my consciousness accomplish for me and others.
